Parliament is of, by and for the people, but under the present Hindu conservative government its being sold off to corporates to make anti people and anti working class policies.
India has recently given over the heritage monument, Red Fort to a corporate company to manage, this is just one small example of how the present fascist regime of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is selling off the country and its people to the corporate houses for profit. Labour laws are being scrapped to give corporates a free hand to exploit workers. Though the anti people and anti working class corporate policies were initiated by the previous congress led government, Modi led BJP regime is going ahead on full steam ahead in the selling off the country to corporate players, and dividing the country with fascist policies.
